April 2025 brings showers -- OF GREAT COMICS! -- for the Comix Experience Graphic Novel Club!

Our New Release Adult GN selection for April 2025 is a book for you to run, don't walk, towards! We are so happy to bring you THE PEDESTRIAN by Joey Esposito and Sean Von Gorman published by Magma Comix! Keep your eyes out for our interview with these gentlemen later in the month! Our Kids Club selection this month shows the power of friendship! From the great K. O'Neill, and published by Random House Children's Books, we're excited to bring you A SONG OF YOU & I! Get a copy of this sweet comic right here, and watch for our interview with K coming in April to both YouTube and Facebook.

While we are no longer doing a formal COMICS MASTERPIECES club with author events and signed bookplates, we're still going to make a monthly recommendation, and this month we've got an excellent and modern book to spotlight: From Brian K. In conjunction with our Graphic Novel of the Month Club, we are very proud to bring Oakland based cartoonist Briana Loewinsohn for her powerful RAISED BY GHOSTS.

Starting at 6pm on Thursday March 20th we will have an live interview with Briana that we are recording for our YouTube channel — and we want YOU in the studio audience to find out more about the creation of this special book!

This is preceded by a public signing at 5pm

In conjunction with our Graphic Novel of the Month Club, we are very proud to bring Oakland based cartoonist Hugh D’Andrade for his amazing THE MURDER NEXT DOOR.

Starting at 10am on Sunday March 2 we will have an live interview with Hugh that we are recording for our YouTube channel — and we want YOU in the studio audience to find out more about the creation of this superb book!

Then at Noon, we switch to a signing by Hugh.

We are thrilled to bring you THE MURDER NEXT DOOR by Hugh D’Andrade, published by Street Noise books You can purchase a copy of this exceptional book by going here. We are excited to host Hugh for a very special interview at Comix Experience on Sunday, March 2nd at 10am PST — please come down and join our studio audience. This will be followed by a public signing at roughly noon. This interview is being recorded, and will be publicly shared sometime in later March.
