We want to thank you, on behalf of the entire staff of Comix Experience, for your new membership in our Graphic Novel of the Month Club - your membership strongly supports the store and keeps a small business running! A copy of this message will be emailed to you close to the beginning of your first billing.
All billing for all plans is on the first of the month, and, if you're on a monthly plan, will automatically recur every first. Annual plans work the same way, but once a year. If you buy your subscription on the 2nd or later of a month, it actually starts on the first of the next month.
We will send out an email more or less on the first each month with some details about that month's selection. If for some reason you do not want the club selection, please let us know right away, we can arrange from an alternate selection from previous winners. You can find that selection here: Comix Experience Web Store and scroll down just a bit to see the various clubs. Selections typically begin shipping on the 3rd or the 4th of each month, so there's a fairly tight window to make a choice.
IMPORTANT NOTE: if you use Gmail as your email provider, and you have not changed their default settings and tabs, it is VERY likely that all monthly mails from the club will end up in your spam-like "Promotions" tab. Roughly two-three weeks after we ship each book, we will have our LIVESTREAMED club meetings (you can watch them anytime after the livestream as well!) with the author(s). The exact date varies somewhat each month based on holidays and the creator's schedules. The monthly email will have more information. If you have questions for the creators you'd like to ask on your behalf (where you can watch the answer later), you can always email me at brian@comixexperience.com! In fact, you can feel free to email me with any question or concern that you may have about the club.
We use a third-person system to manage the "backend" of the club - MoonClerk - and they send regular emails about billing, credit cards needing updating, and so on. Most of this is in the background for us (we can't even SEE your card numbers), but feel free to reach out to me if you need anything. We NEVER share our lists! There is an "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each club email so you can drop from the mailing list if you like.
